This policy explains refunds for paid OpsAtlas subscriptions. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for OpsAtlas purchases. Paddle processes payments, cancellations, and refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If this policy conflicts with Paddle's applicable terms, Paddle's terms govern the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

1. General policy

Except where required by law or expressly approved as described below, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund charges already paid. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

2. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights

Eligible consumers may have statutory withdrawal or refund rights based on their location. Paddle's current policy includes specific protections for certain jurisdictions, including withdrawal periods for eligible consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Eligibility may depend on the transaction type, timing, whether a trial was offered, and whether you consented to begin using the digital service immediately. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights concerning services that are faulty, materially defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Discretionary refunds

You may request a discretionary refund within 14 days of a transaction, including a subscription renewal. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Paddle reviews requests case by case and may consider usage, the reason for the request, the nature of the service, and applicable terms. Paddle may approve a full or partial refund or decline the request, and may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulation.

4. Technical or product problems

If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents you from accessing OpsAtlas as described, contact us first at support@credifly.co so we can investigate and try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund from Paddle and provide details of the issue and our response. Eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with law and Paddle's policy.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time using Paddle's customer portal, the “Manage subscription” link in your transaction email, or the billing controls made available in your OpsAtlas account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated, and no further renewal payment will be taken. If a free trial converts to a paid plan, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email, use the support link in your receipt or OpsAtlas billing page, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option. You may also contact billing@credifly.co for product assistance. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or full payment-card details.

7. Processing and access

If approved, Paddle generally returns the refund to the original payment method where possible and processes it within the timeframe stated in its current policy. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Access to the refunded OpsAtlas subscription may end when the refund is issued.

8. Taxes

Paddle calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes. Eligible businesses seeking a sales-tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax refund should contact Paddle within the period specified in the Paddle Buyer Terms and provide valid tax registration or exemption documentation.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy prospectively. Paddle states that the version of its policy in effect at the time of a transaction governs that transaction. We recommend retaining your receipt and a copy of the applicable terms.
