These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpsAtlas, a service provided by Credifly (“Credifly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, installing the app, or using OpsAtlas, you agree to these Terms. If you use OpsAtlas for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. The service
OpsAtlas is a read-only, metadata-first administration and governance product for monday.com environments. It may provide inventory, architecture mapping, criticality scores, health findings, and snapshot comparisons. Results are informational and should be reviewed before you make operational, security, or configuration decisions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@credifly.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. monday.com connection
You may connect a monday.com account only when you have authority to do so. Your use of monday.com remains subject to monday.com's own terms and policies. You authorize OpsAtlas to access the scopes and metadata presented during installation or OAuth authorization. You can revoke access by disconnecting the integration or uninstalling the app.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse OpsAtlas. In particular, you may not:
- Access or connect accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Use automated means to scrape the service beyond documented interfaces.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public source code, except where law expressly permits it.
- Use OpsAtlas to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or facilitate harmful activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties unless we agree in writing.
5. Plans, payments, and renewal
Features and usage limits depend on your selected plan. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for paid OpsAtlas purchases: you purchase the subscription from Paddle, while Credifly licenses and provides OpsAtlas. Your transaction with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. Paddle charges your selected payment method, handles applicable transaction taxes and invoices, and may retry failed payments. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal or the manage-subscription link in your Paddle email; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge. We may change prices prospectively, with notice and consent where required by law. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Paddle's then-current refund rules.
6. Your data and feedback
You retain your rights in information you provide or authorize us to access. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and transmit that information solely to provide, secure, support, and improve OpsAtlas. If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
7. Our intellectual property
OpsAtlas, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Credifly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use OpsAtlas for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
8. Third-party services and platform changes
OpsAtlas depends on third-party services, including monday.com. APIs, scopes, rate limits, preview features, and platform behavior may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we may modify affected functionality to maintain compatibility, security, or compliance.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public confidential information and use it only for the relationship contemplated by these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or business reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material reduction or discontinuation.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpsAtlas is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that findings are complete or that use will prevent configuration errors, outages, or losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Credifly's total liability arising from OpsAtlas will not exceed the fees you paid for OpsAtlas during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you used only a free plan. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Credifly against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of OpsAtlas, your violation of these Terms, or data and systems you connect without authorization.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using OpsAtlas at any time and may cancel through the applicable account or Marketplace controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as OpsAtlas evolves. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and Credifly concerning OpsAtlas. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the service.
